My Sunday Adventure

Howdy, Readers!!!  I had an adventure today and Mom said I could tell you all about it.  First of all, she said I have to explain that this is February and this is Minnesota and this weather just doesn’t seem right.  The humans are even going to have a BBQ this afternoon when they should be bundled up in jackets and shoveling snow!    Since this is my first February, I have no idea what the weather is supposed to be.  Well, I got to go outside and I had fun!!!

i-did-it

I did it!  I went outside to explore and feel the sun on my furs.

in-and-out

This is how I started.  I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be inside or outside, so I chose both!

nobody-can-see-me

Mom put one of my favorite boxes outside so I could hide.  Now nobody can see me.

lion-pose

Mom says this is my lion pose and she loves it!

Now go visit the Sunday Selfies of my other friends.

  1. I loved going outside too when we lived in our house. Now we are in an apartment and M says I can’t go out here. Something about it’s too busy around here with cars, people coming and going, and even doggies! I’m envying you so much now.

    1. Oh, we’re sorry you can’t go outside now, but maybe your Mom will let you sit in the window and sniff at the outside air. Sounds like it is really dangerous there so it’s best you stay inside!
      Stereo purrs…….Hemingway and Steinbeck

  2. Oh wow! It’s pretty here too but Mom needs to get a new harness for ME because the old one of Sammy’s is too big. I’ll just have to enjoy the outside from the inside!

    Love, Teddy

  3. I can see why your mom loves you pose, it is fantastic and regal. Sounds like you’re having as funny a weather system as we are, and one of the reasons my peep can’t shift this horrid cold. You all have a lovely week.
    Purrs, Erin

    1. Shoko and Kali, I know Shakespeare was around a long time and even Mom sometimes calls me Shakespeare, but I’m still little Steinbeck. Angel Shakespeare guides me lots so I understand the confusion. Thanks for sharing my outdoor adventure. 🙂

      1. Shoko and Kali, tell your typist not to worry. Mom gets confused with my name and she lives with me. One day she called me Simon and she’s never had a fur person named Simon!!! Humans….they need help.
