Howdy, Readers! This has been a fabulous day for me. When Mom got home from work she was kind of acting funny. She was being super nice to both of us. Wait, that sounded wrong. Mom’s always nice to us. However, I was thinking she was up to something. I was right. Next thing I knew I was in the car and we were heading to the doctor lady’s house. Mom kept telling me not to worry.

Here I am trying to melt into the scale. Would you believe I fell asleep in here? Mom was real proud of me ‘cuz I’m down to 19 pounds now so I’m a slim, trim, dude!
Here’s the doctor lady looking at where my tooth used to be. I let her do that without any problems. Mom told me I was real good.
When I got home, Mom said there was a surprise for me. I actually got something in the mail! Steinbeck thought it was for him, too. However, it was just my name on the envelope.

These are my neat gifts from the tooth fairy. Of course Steinbeck thought he should check everything out as well.

Here I am protecting one of the toys. If you notice on my leg, that’s where they shaved off my fur. It’s growing back nicely.
So that was my Monday. Not bad! I hope all of you had a super Monday, too.

I’m sure at least five of the pounds are floof! Mom says she is so proud of me when I’m at the doctor’s house. They all say I’m their favorite patient. Then there’s Steinbeck. Good thing he’s cute! MOL!!!

Mom says I’m one of a kind. My little brother, Steinbeck, is pretty much a little terror at the doctor’s house. However, they think he’s adorable so he gets away with it. 🙂
Any trip to the vet that doesn’t involve the cold stick up your butt is a good trip. Glad to hear you’re losing weight sweet boy. You will stay healthier that way!
