Labor Day Visitors

Oh My

Well, it’s Labor Day.  Mom is not doing any labor and neither are we.

Anyone in the kitchen

Mom could at least labor in the kitchen and make us a catnip pie.

I don’t think she’s going to do that.  However, did you see that we had visitors?  Mom said we couldn’t go outside while our cousins were here.

I slept through it all.

I did a little bit of a growl when I saw Stella but that’s because she’s so big and I’m supposed to protect the house.

Stella Bear

There’s Stella lying on OUR deck!!!

Robert and Static

Look……..there’s Uncle Bob letting Static lean on him.  Now he’s going to have doggy smells all over his clothes.

Stella Good Girl

Would you believe he’s telling Stella she’s a good girl?  More doggy smells!!!

Here’s a picture of Stella and her mom.  See how much Stella loves Mom’s niece?  Theresa has had Stella since she was a little puppy.

Stella and Mom

She was little????

Way back, long before you were even born.

Well, I’m glad Mom and her brother had some fun visitors today.  Now I’m going back to sleep.

Happy Labor Day, Everyone!!!

  1. It looks like your visitors had a nice time. If my human had been there, she probably would have spent all her time inside, trying to be friends with you two.

BTW, I did a google search on catnip pie recipes and couldn’t find anything. 😦

  2. Static and Stella! What fun names. They look friendly and easy going. Hemmingway, the first photo of you made me LOL. You look very ‘unimpressed’ love all them fluffy toes though! Especially on Steinbeck, them toes are Q-ute!

Purrs, meows, barks, chirps and human comments are greatly appreciated. We love hearing from our readers.
