Caturday Parade Art

Happy Caturday to everyone!  We had something very unusual happen at our house today.  There was a parade that went right by our house complete with drums, horns, and a FIRETRUCK!  Mom went outside but we stayed inside and watched from a safe distance.  We decided to let the firetruck be the subject of our caturday art today.  Here’s Mom’s original picture:

Here’s after she “artified” it with LunaPic.  She said she’s sorry but she wasn’t paying attention to what all she did.  (Typical….MOL!)

Don’t forget to check out what our other friends did for their Caturday Art.

  1. You guys got a parade? How cool! That would never happen here, since we live on a cul de sac. But we’re within walking distance of a parade that happens on Veterans Day and only a few minutes from the Rose Parade route… which my human has never attended (WAY too much for her, she says).

  2. How fun to have a parade go right by your house. That firetruck art came out great! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

  3. WOW! That’s a totally super selfie of the fire truck and whatever artsy stuff your Mom did with Lunapic was perfect……gave it a certain “flame” quality and that’s great for a fire truck! Neato!

  4. Our Mom says she wants to live somewhere that a parade comes in front of her house. Us? We don’t think we’d like the noise and activity. Or maybe we would! It’d be hard to tell without a magic 8 ball prediction and those change all the time!

    1. Well, we can tell you what we thought about it. Since it was a nice day we had the windows open. When the bands went by, it was pretty noisy. Then the fire truck made loud sounds. Didn’t seem to bother Mom ‘cuz she was right out there taking pictures and waving. Humans!
      Stereo purrs…….Hemingway and Steinbeck

Purrs, meows, barks, chirps and human comments are greatly appreciated. We love hearing from our readers.
