Steinbeck, can you believe all we’ve been through lately?
Well, not much has happened to you, but I’ve had a very adventurous month or so.
What all happened to you? All I know is that you disappeared for a few days and I missed you.
You did? That’s so nice of you to say. I’m not sure what all happened to me ‘cuz the doctor ladies and men told Mom but they didn’t tell me. Mom did try to explain some things to me. She told me I was blocked and couldn’t go potty. The doctors did all sorts of things to help me but I got that ugly cateater thing out of me all by myself. My doctor said she had never seen any kitty do that before. I keep telling everyone that I’m special.
Is that when you spent the night away from home?
Yes, and then I got to come home the next day but Mom thinks that was too soon ‘cuz I still couldn’t go potty.
That’s the day Mom had to go to the hospital herself, right?
Sure is. Then I went to another doctor’s house and spent the night there. I didn’t know anyone there, but they were all nice. They did a really good job and I got to go home the next day and this time I was so much better.
Meanwhile, Mom was busy going to doctor appointments and having all sorts of tests. Then she noticed that I wasn’t my normal self again so she took me back to see the doctor lady. They did some tests and said I was too stressed out and had blood in my urine.
How did that get there and what were you stressed about?
I was stressed that you would hide all my favorite toys while I was gone. I was stressed about getting new kitty food. I was stressed about Mom having to get more Halloween Ghosts in her blood. I was stressed about summer going away. I was stressed about my furs that were being cut. Will they grow back the same color?
Man, you really were stressed. How do you feel now?
I feel great.
I’m so happy to hear that. Mom is feeling good too and they didn’t find any bad things in all the tests she had.
Isn’t it nice to have things calm down a little?
Yes. Maybe now Mom will let us update our blog more often.
MOL!!!
WOW…..all of you HAVE been through a lot. We’ve been hoping everything was OK. Maybe now it is and all of you are feeling good and happy again! That makes us all happy.
Hugs, Teddy (and Mom)
Teddy and Mom Pam…….
We are doing much better now. Mom has more energy…….at last! She said she had very few Halloween Goblins in her blood and that’s what made her so tired. She actually stays awake now. MOL!!!

Wowzers…you all have had a crazy bad time. Steinbeck, we are overjoyed that you are home and feeling better. And we are so happy that you missed him, Hemingway. Having a younger brofur isn’t such a bad thing. And boy is everyone here happy your mommy is okay. They are the most important person in a Kitties life. We are sending POTP to all of you. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
We are all so excited to hear from you. Mom really missed hearing about the KittiesBlue but she was too tired to do much of anything on the puter. She’s catching us up now and we hope to be “live” more often. Thanks for being patient.

Oh wow. We’re glad you’re doing better now, Steinbeck. Stress can really do a number on us kitties.
Don’t I know it. I’m trying to just chill out now.
Purrs………….Steinbeck
Gosh ! We had no idea ! We are sure glad things are going better for you ! We will send some purrayers and POTP anyway, just to be on the safe side !
Greatly appreciated. Steinbeck and I are doing great now but it was a scary time for both of us. I still have to have my hemoglobin checked frequently to make sure it doesn’t drop again. Steinbeck is back to playing and chasing bugs and his brother, Hemingway. MOL!
Mom Pam
Xena:We’re so sorry you were stressed, Steinbeck. And that you couldn’t go pee pee. And that your Mom got sick too. And that you didn’t have anyone to help you blog. And that Hemingway ate all your food and good all your toys and got all your petting…
Lucy: Xena! Half that stuff didn’t happen!
Xena: Well, it might have.
Xox Xena and Lucy
Xena and Lucy….you two are funny. Who really knows what happened? Mom really wasn’t paying much attention ‘cuz she was so tired. However, she’s watching us now so we have to behave………at least part of the time.

That was a pretty scary story all around, but I’m glad of the happy ending. Whew! I hope you all continue to make good progress till everybody and everyfurry are 100%.

I am glad everyone is feeling better. XO
Thank you so much. It’s been kind of a rough summer.
I’m so glad you and your human are feeling so much better, Steinbeck! It sounds like things were pretty rough for both of you for quite a while!
It was a three ring circus!!! Hemingway was the only one who was healthy. We’re all doing great now.

What a coincidence… Mr. Bowie had the same problem and had to stay 4 days in the hospital. I still have to write a post about it. We switched to another diet food and it looks like his problem is under control…
Steinbeck is on a different food and seems to be doing great now. I think they released him too soon the first time. Poor little guy was miserable. We’re all glad Mr. Bowie’s doing great now. Give him our greetings.
