We didn’t think Mom would ever get our picture posted on the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop. It’s just not possible to get good help!
Steinbeck, why do you always have squinty eyes?
I’m trying to look sophisticated.
MOL!!!!!!
It’s Sunday again and that means we were busy telling Mom to post our Selfies for the Blog Hop. She decided to play with one of our pictures when we were playing together.
And lo and behold, when Mom got through messing with it, the picture turned out like this:
We are really enjoying the super nice weather we’re having this weekend. Mom has let us play outside in the yard while she’s been busy doing stuff inside. She says that weekends just go by too fast. She’s still trying to get used to working full time at the new place. She comes home from work really tired so she doesn’t get on the puter all the time. We’re trying to help her as much as possible. We’re always happy to see all our friends out in the blog universe.
Hemingway, why do you always do all the talking?
Do you have something to say?
Nope.
That’s why.
Mom……..please let me do this! We haven’t visited the “House of Blue” cats forever!!! I want to drop in and say hi to them. You keep saying this is one of your favorite selfies of me. Let me send it to them. PPPPPPPPPPPLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Thanks, Mom!!! Hi everyone! I hope you’re all having a super wonderful day.
Mom said I can be the star today since Little One got to do it yesterday. We’ve had all sorts of weather today. We’ve had rain, wind, blue skies, sunshine, clouds. We did manage to get outside for a bit but we had to time it very carefully!
Here’s my selfie for the first of July.

Mom got so excited about her roses that she forgot yesterday was my birthday! I’m two years old now!!! Where has the time gone?
Mostly sleeping, Steinbeck. You pretty much napped your two years away.
Did not! I played with the red dot. I chased the jingly balls. I explored outside. I looked out the windows. I chased you around the house. I jumped up on Mom’s lap for some purr time. I ate. I ran up and down the stairs. I was a busy boy.
OK…..but during that running around time, you disturbed MY naps.
So that’s why you’re so grumpy? Come on, let’s sing the birthday song.
Happy Catnip Day to me……..Happy New Toys Day to me….Happy Lots of Treats Day to meeeeeeeeee………Happy Two Years Old to ME!!!
We’re joining our other friends at the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop hosted by our dear friends. Please check them out and have a wonderful weekend.
“Happy Birthday to you…..
Happy Birthday to you………
Happy Birthday dear Allie…….
Happy Birthday to youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!”
I sang it loud like when I do the song of my people. MOL! Hemingway said he didn’t want to join in with my off-key singing. However, he wishes Allie a very happy birthday, too.
We joined the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop where we’re all wishing Allie a Happy Birthday. Check out our other friends. We’re having a party!!
Mom said that my look expresses her feelings too. That’s why she decided to let me use this picture for the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop.
For those of you who don’t know, we got hit with another winter storm over the weekend and got over a foot of new snow. There will be mountains of snow all over the place until July! Mom is really fed up and she keeps mumbling things about Hawaii. We don’t know what she’s talking about, but we’re thinking she’s not happy with the weather people right now.
So, here’s what I think about all this snow and cold:

Happy Easter to all our readers. We hope it’s a very special day for you. Mom decided to “play” with one of our selfies so it doesn’t look real normal.
MOL! Do we ever look normal?
Here’s the original:
Here’s our Easter version:

Happy Selfie Sunday to everyone! We are totally covered by the white stuff. We think the angels must have had some awesome pillow fights the past few days. Seems like we’ve had lots of storms of white here the past week. Mom didn’t even have to go to choir practice one night ‘cuz of all the falling white stuff.
So…….we put our kitty heads together and decided to make this a Sunny Selfie.
We hope you like it!
